Deacon's Chrysler Jeep has an immediate opening for a salesperson position. At Deacon's

exceptional service. With the introduction of all new and refreshed products
from Chrysler Group we are expecting a 66% increase in new car sales. We offer: a

to be successful, possess strong verbal and written communication skills, exceptional
closing ability and phone skills, have a professional appearance, an
outstanding work ethic and positive attitude, superior follow through skills, proven
sales experience, and you must be an active participant in sales performance
and service retention.
Responsibilities:

Directly
responsible for selling New, Used and Certified Pre Owned vehicles at the
dealership while meeting profit, volume, and customer satisfaction standards.
Report directly to the General Manager.

Determine
customer needs by asking questions and listening.

Have
an understanding of automotive terminology and technology.

Maintain
knowledge of inventory, features, accessories and how they benefit customers.

Demonstrate
vehicles by explaining characteristics, capabilities and features, taking test
drives, comparing and contrasting competitive models, explaining warranties and
services.

Learn
to overcome objections, ask for the sale, negotiate price, complete sales or
purchase agreements and required documentation, explain and offer warranties,
services, accessories, and finance.

Prospect
daily for potential customers. Maintain consistent rapport with previously sold
customers on daily, weekly, monthly, and anniversary timelines using an owner
follow up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes
to customer satisfaction.

Attend
sales meetings and provide sales management information by completing reports
regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews and analysis.

Review
and analyze actions to determine better efficiency and effectiveness.

Demonstrate
computer literacy by using PC based software including Microsoft Office and
Internet Explorer, ADP, and Autobase.

Follow
all company and corporate safety policies and procedures.

Meet
and maintain corporate training requirements.

Have
a valid Ohio drivers license and a good driving record.
